SaaS and Tools We Use to Run Tomba
Every business stage requires a set of appropriate tools that will make your company grow. When we started Tomba, we had no outside funding. This meant if we wanted to do anything with our company, the money was coming from other projects--which is why it made sense to choose products that would work efficiently while balancing quality.
Here, we list a few of our favorite gadgets to make life easier for your small business.
Livechat : tawk.to
It's not always easy to find the right live chat software, but Twak is an answer. It provides amazing features at a great price.
Changelog and product updates: Frill
Frill.io provides a nice widget that we've built into Tomba, our web application. It comes at 3 pricing levels - either free with no features or $25 and 145$ per month (plus tax) and it has some nifty features like a custom domain, custom categories for your posts, and team management.
Email automation platform : SendGrid
SendGrid email system is affordable and reliable, so we use it to send emails and to run automated marketing schemes. It costs 20 $ per month
Status page & servers monitoring : Better Uptime
BetterUptime is a website monitor that automatically alerts the right person on your team when you have an incident.
BetterUptime is an intuitive, easy way of managing anything that goes wrong in your infrastructure. You'll be able to collaborate, schedule on-call duties and get alerts, all in one place.
Pricing is surprisingly affordable for this program. The monthly plan with the most features, costing $64/month, will be perfect for small businesses with up to 100 monitors.
Payments : Paddle
We chose Padelle because they’re a great payments solution that works well with our subscription service. The transaction fees might seem a bit expensive (%5 + 50¢ per card charge) but it brings you some major benefits such as fraud prevention and seamless subscription renewal.

Slack is a great tool for teams who want to keep in touch from long distances. Strong team collaboration, 24 hours a day.
