Go to Google Contacts
Navigate to contacts.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
Open Google ContactsSelect contacts to export
You can export all contacts or select specific ones. Use the checkboxes to select individual contacts, or skip this step to export all.
Click "Export" in the left sidebar
Find the "Export" option in the left navigation menu. If you selected specific contacts, you'll see the option to export selected or all contacts.
Choose export format
Select your preferred format: Google CSV (for re-importing to Google), Outlook CSV (for Microsoft products), or vCard (for Apple/other services).
Download the file
Click "Export" to download. Your contacts will be saved as a CSV or VCF file that you can open in Excel, import to another service, or keep as a backup.
