ccd is an organizational development firm specializing in triple loop leadership and dei initiatives. we are a change partner that supports leaders in developing a healthy and inclusive organizational culture. our mission: reimagining learning, to reinvent leaders, to reshape culture. our vision: a world that intentionally loves their neighbor. we believe that leaders build organizational cultures based on their values. these values can provide insight into how everything is undertaken within the organization, specifically and fundamentally, how others are treated. does everyone feel welcome? does everyone feel like they belong? does everyone have what they need to be successful in their work? we believe leadership is different than previous and current modes of understanding. today, leaders need to be equipped with the skills and tools to lead the most diverse workforce ever seen. as our workforce is becoming even more diverse, we have dedicated ourselves to developing a new leadership term: triple loop leadership, to support leaders in developing new knowledge that supports behavior change and organizational change initiatives. triple-loop leaders understand that organizational cultures are complex and interacting systems. they understand that their diversity and uniqueness are something to celebrate and embrace. establishing new understandings we believe in the power of leadership, and we know that dei initiatives can only be assessed, implemented, and sustained through a triple loop leader.
