SPF Record

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is an email authentication protocol implemented as a DNS TXT record that lists the IP addresses and servers authorized to send email for a given domain. When a receiving mail server gets an email, it checks the SPF record of the sender's domain to verify that the sending server is permitted. If the check fails, the email may be marked as spam or rejected.

Without it, your cold emails and outreach campaigns are at a significant disadvantage because receiving servers have no way to verify your legitimacy. How It Works

You publish an SPF record in your domain's DNS settings listing all IP addresses and services that send email on your behalf.
