Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tomba Technology Web Service LLC ("Tomba," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our services, including the Tomba website, API, browser extensions, and all related tools and features.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Tomba provides access to professional email discovery and verification tools, including:

Domain Search - Find email addresses associated with a company domain
Email Finder - Discover professional email addresses
Email Verifier - Validate email address deliverability
Author Finder - Find email addresses from article URLs
LinkedIn Finder - Discover emails from LinkedIn profiles
Bulk Processing - Process large datasets via CSV upload
API Access - Programmatic access to all Tomba features
Browser Extensions - Chrome, Firefox, and Edge integrations

The Service requires internet connectivity. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary internet connection and equipment to access the Service.

Account Registration

To use Tomba, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent that:

You are of legal age to form a binding contract
All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
You will maintain and promptly update your registration information

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free and Paid Plans

Tomba offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited access to features and monthly credits. Paid plans provide expanded access based on the selected tier.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee if:

This is your first Tomba subscription
The subscription was purchased within the last 14 days
You have used fewer than 50 total API requests
You have not previously claimed a refund

Purchases outside the 14-day window are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use Tomba internally within your organization to discover and verify professional email addresses for legitimate business purposes.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of our API
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
Modify or hack the Service or misrepresent association with Tomba
Share login credentials or allow multiple users on a single account
Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes

We reserve the right to block IP addresses and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All Tomba proprietary metrics, data, and technology remain the intellectual property of Tomba. You agree to:

Attribute Tomba when publishing data obtained through our Service
Not claim ownership of any Tomba-generated content or metrics
Respect our trademarks, logos, and branding guidelines

Data Collection and Use

By using Tomba, you understand and agree that we may:

Anonymize and aggregate usage data to improve our services
Process data you provide to deliver the requested functionality
Monitor usage patterns for security and optimization purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Tomba is not responsible for lost profits, revenues, data, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable
