Affiliate Program Terms 
Welcome to the Tomba Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Tomba! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our affiliate program.

By applying to the Tomba Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Commission Structure
Earning Commissions
You earn a commission when a customer you refer:
- Clicks through your qualified affiliate link
- Creates a Tomba account
- Upgrades to a paid subscription plan
Recurring Commissions
Commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by referred customers for up to 12 months from their initial subscription.
Link Requirements
Commissions are only paid on sales made through properly coded affiliate links. You are responsible for ensuring your links are correctly structured.
Tracking
View your earnings and referral activity in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Commissions become payable 45 days after the customer payment (to account for potential refunds)
- Payments are issued when your balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD
- Payments are processed via PayPal during the first week of each month
Refund Impact
If a referred customer receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.
Program Guidelines
Permitted Activities
You may:
- Use Tomba brand assets from our Press page
- Promote Tomba through your website, blog, or social media
- Share accurate information about Tomba's features and pricing
Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Modify Tomba logos or brand assets
- Use paid advertising (PPC, display ads) to promote affiliate links
- Manipulate tracking to claim credit for traffic you didn't generate
- Send unsolicited bulk emails mentioning Tomba
- Refer yourself or colleagues within your company
- Create accounts on behalf of others
- Imply that you represent or work for Tomba
- Misrepresent Tomba, its products, or your relationship with us
Brand Guidelines
- Use only official logos and assets from our Press page
- Do not modify brand materials
- Maintain accuracy in all Tomba-related content
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law
Termination
Voluntary Termination
You may end your participation at any time. Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for past or future transactions.
Termination by Tomba
We may terminate the agreement at any time. If we terminate without cause, your remaining balance will be paid within 60 days.
If terminated for violating these terms, commissions will be forfeited.
Legal
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time at our sole discretion, including:
- Commission rates and structures
- Payment schedules and thresholds
- Program rules and guidelines
Changes will be communicated through your affiliate dashboard or email.
