LlamadaPro Pricing, Reviews, Pros and Cons: 2026 Breakdown
LlamadaPro puts calling, WhatsApp, a CRM and AI agents on one bill, starting at $50 per seat. Here is what the $350/mo default plan actually covers, what the few reviews say, and who should pass on it.

TL;DR
- LlamadaPro is a Chilean platform founded in 2024. It combines local telephony, WhatsApp, a lightweight CRM, workflow automation and AI voice/chat agents in one product. It is also sold under the brand Comos.
- Pricing is modular. Human seats cost $50 per person per month and include unlimited calls and WhatsApp. AI WhatsApp conversations and AI voice minutes are sold in monthly blocks. The calculator's default setup (3 seats plus one AI chat block and one AI voice block) comes to $350/mo.
- The site advertises a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and every plan includes funnels, real-time reporting, direct support, consultative onboarding and API access.
- Independent reviews are scarce. As of this writing the company has almost no G2 or Capterra footprint, so most of the social proof comes from testimonials on its own site.
- It suits Spanish-speaking LATAM SMB sales and collections teams that live on WhatsApp and the phone. It is a weaker fit for enterprise teams already committed to Salesforce or HubSpot.
What is LlamadaPro?#
LlamadaPro calls itself a "communications operating system." It is built for companies whose sales, support and collections run through phone calls and WhatsApp rather than email. The home page, at llamadapro.com, promises to replace a CRM, WhatsApp tooling, a cloud phone system, AI agents and Zapier-style automations with one product.
Some context on the company. According to its Crunchbase profile, LlamadaPro was founded in 2024 and is privately held. It is part of the portfolio of Platanus, a Latin American startup accelerator. Customer logos on the site include Carvuk, Neourbe, Cacttus and We Unlock Sales, which are mostly Chilean and regional SMBs. The footer says LlamadaPro and Comos are trademarks of the same legal entity, Llamada Pro SpA. If you see "Comos" on an invoice or in a sales deck, it is the same product.
In practice, LlamadaPro sells to a specific buyer: a sales manager in Santiago, Lima or Bogotá whose reps juggle a personal WhatsApp, a softphone, a spreadsheet CRM and a scheduling tool, and who loses leads because nobody replies within the first hour.
How does LlamadaPro work? The five building blocks#
The platform is organized around five modules. The pricing only makes sense once you know what each one does:
- Communications: local telephony (inbound and outbound) plus centralized WhatsApp through the official Meta API. Supervisors get call monitoring, quality control and live coaching tools.
- Contact management: sales, support and collections funnels. The pitch is "a CRM that fills itself." Calls and chats log automatically instead of reps typing notes.
- Automations: a Zapier-like workflow builder for follow-ups, routing and triggers, set up "in minutes" according to the vendor.
- AI agents: multichannel voice and chat agents. The site lists preset roles: lead qualifier, scheduler, support agent, collections agent, trainer, and a custom agent trained on your own process.
- Reporting and API: real-time dashboards and API access, included in every plan instead of sold as an upsell.
The setup flow is also simple: configure channels and business rules, train the agent "like one more team member," then deploy it 24/7. Much of the product's value depends on how good that training step turns out to be. We come back to that under the cons.
How much does LlamadaPro cost in 2026?#
LlamadaPro does not sell Starter/Growth/Pro tiers. The pricing section is a monthly calculator where you combine human seats with AI capacity. This is what it showed when we checked in September 2026:
| Component | Unit | Listed price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive licenses (human seats) | Per person / month | $50 | Unlimited inbound and outbound calls, unlimited WhatsApp |
| AI WhatsApp conversations | Monthly block (0 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000) | $100 in the default configuration | Official Meta API included, unlimited chat AI agents |
| AI voice calls | Monthly minute block (0 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000) | $100 in the default configuration | Unlimited "hyper-realistic" voice agents, inbound and outbound |
| Included in every plan | — | $0 | Funnels, real-time reporting, direct tech support, consultative implementation, API access |
| Free trial | 14 days | $0 | No credit card required, cancel anytime |
The default example (3 seats at $150, AI WhatsApp at $100, AI voice at $100) totals $350 per month. Prices are in USD.
Three things are worth knowing before you plug in your own numbers:
- The larger AI blocks only show a price when you select them. Nothing on the page confirms that 3,000 or 10,000 units cost three or ten times the base block. Get the exact figure in writing before you size the contract.
- "Unlimited calls" applies to human seats, not to AI minutes. Your reps can dial all day on the $50 license. The AI voice agent draws down the minute block you bought.
- Taxes are not shown. Chilean customers will likely pay IVA on top of the USD price, and other LATAM buyers should confirm FX handling and invoicing currency.
What does LlamadaPro cost for real team sizes?#
Here is the calculator's per-seat maths at three team sizes, keeping one AI chat block and one AI voice block constant:
| Team size | Seats | AI chat + voice (default blocks) | Estimated monthly total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo founder | 1 × $50 | $200 | ~$250 |
| Small SDR pod | 3 × $50 | $200 | ~$350 |
| Growing team | 10 × $50 | $200 | ~$700 |
| Seats only, no AI | 10 × $50 | $0 | ~$500 |
Compare that with a typical "Frankenstack": a cloud phone system billed per user, a separate WhatsApp inbox tool, a CRM seat, and a Zapier subscription. Each one is cheap alone, but three or four per-seat bills add up fast. LlamadaPro's own homepage stat is that customers replace 3 platforms on average. The $50 seat is priced to undercut that combined cost, not to compete with any single tool.
What do LlamadaPro reviews say?#
Honestly, there is not much independent evidence yet. The company launched in 2024. Directories like G2 and Capterra show little or no verified review volume for LlamadaPro, and CB Insights lists its profile as unclaimed. We could not find a third-party review base big enough to quote a star rating, so we won't invent one.
What exists is vendor-published testimonials:
- Cacttus (CEO): before, they reached only about 70% of prospects, often hours after the lead came in. Now they respond "in seconds to 100%," and sales rose 50% in two months.
- Neourbe (commercial manager): automations book appointments without a human in about 70% of cases.
- We Unlock Sales (co-founder & COO): replaced three tools entirely and saw conversion rise 30% from the first month.
The site also claims a 10-second average response time, "x10" team capacity and a 50% drop in operating costs.
Read these as directional. They are hand-picked by the vendor, and they come from companies with the ideal profile: high inbound lead volume, WhatsApp-first buyers, and speed-to-lead as the main bottleneck. If that describes you, the numbers are plausible. The speed-to-lead research that tools like this rely on is well documented, and HubSpot's sales statistics roundup is a good primer. If your problem is finding the right buyers rather than replying fast enough, these testimonials don't tell you much.
What are the pros and cons of LlamadaPro?#
Pros#
- One bill for phone, WhatsApp, CRM and AI. Fewer logins, fewer integrations to break, and one vendor to call when something fails.
- Unlimited human calling and WhatsApp on a $50 seat. For call-heavy teams, flat per-seat pricing with no per-minute metering for humans makes budgeting easy.
- Local telephony in LATAM. Local numbers and carrier quality affect pickup rates, and that is a gap many US-built dialers handle poorly in the region.
- Official WhatsApp Business API included. You avoid the gray-market WhatsApp automation that gets numbers banned.
- API, reporting and onboarding included. Many competitors gate API access or implementation help behind higher tiers.
- Free 14-day trial with no card. Low-risk way to test it on real leads.
Cons#
- Thin independent review base. You are largely trusting the vendor's own case studies and a demo.
- AI capacity pricing is opaque past the default block. Budget planning at 10,000 minutes needs a sales conversation.
- Young company risk. Founded in 2024. Do your usual diligence on uptime, data export and contract exit terms.
- Spanish-first product and market. The UI, marketing and support are oriented to Spanish-speaking LATAM. English-first or EU teams should confirm language support and data-residency terms.
- The CRM is lighter than a real CRM. If you need complex account hierarchies, CPQ or territory rules, you will still want Salesforce or HubSpot. Integration depth with those is worth checking in the demo.
- No prospecting data. LlamadaPro works the leads you already have. It does not source new contacts, emails or direct dials.
Is LlamadaPro better than Aircall, Kommo or HubSpot?#
LlamadaPro's own comparison table puts it against three categories rather than one rival. Here is a neutral version:
| Capability | LlamadaPro | Cloud phone (Aircall, CloudTalk) | WhatsApp CRM (Kommo, Cliengo, Treble) | Full CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | $50/seat + AI blocks | Per user, published tiers | Per user or per conversation | Per seat, tiered editions |
| Telephony | Included, local LATAM numbers | Core strength | Limited or via integration | Via add-on or integration |
| Included (official API) | Add-on or integration | Core strength | Via integration or app | |
| Contact / deal management | Built-in, lightweight | Basic | Built-in | Core strength, deepest |
| AI voice + chat agents | Built-in, sold by capacity | Growing AI features | Chatbots, some AI | AI assistants; voice agents via partners |
| Ecosystem and reviews | Small, new | Large, mature | Mid-size | Very large |
| Best fit | LATAM SMBs, WhatsApp + phone heavy | Call-centric teams on any CRM | Chat-first sales | Complex, multi-team orgs |
A quick way to decide:
- Pick LlamadaPro if most of your revenue comes through phone and WhatsApp in LATAM, you have fewer than roughly 30 reps, and slow first response is your main leak.
- Pick a cloud phone system like Aircall if you already have a CRM you like and just need a better dialer integrated with it.
- Stay on a full CRM if reporting, forecasting and multi-team process are the priority. Add telephony as an integration. The CRM glossary entry covers what separates a system of record from a communications tool.
What does LlamadaPro not solve?#
LlamadaPro is excellent at the reply side of the funnel. It answers inbound leads in seconds, follows up automatically and books meetings. It does nothing for the supply side: who you contact in the first place.
For outbound teams this matters. An AI voice agent calling a stale or wrong number wastes paid minutes. A WhatsApp sequence to an unverified contact gets ignored or flagged. Before you load a list into any dialer, check the data:
- Use a phone finder to get direct dials for decision-makers instead of switchboards.
- Run numbers through a phone validator so you are not paying for AI minutes spent on disconnected lines.
- Use data enrichment to add role, company and email to records so your reps and AI agents have context before the first call.
Clean inputs make any per-minute AI pricing model cheaper in practice, because the minutes go to real conversations.
Is LlamadaPro worth it in 2026?#
For its target buyer, probably yes, as long as you verify the AI pricing first. A three-person team paying about $350/mo for unified calling, WhatsApp, a self-filling CRM and 24/7 AI agents is paying less than the sum of the tools it replaces. If the vendor's speed-to-lead claims hold even partly, it pays for itself quickly.
Be more careful if:
- You need AI volume far beyond the base blocks. Get written pricing for 3,000 and 10,000 units first.
- You need independent proof. Ask for two reference customers in your industry, since public reviews don't exist yet.
- You are English-first or outside LATAM. Test language quality, number availability and support hours during the trial.
- You already pay for a mature CRM. Check what syncs in both directions before you move pipeline data.
Use the 14-day trial on a real lead source, measure first-response time and booked-meeting rate against your current setup, and decide on those numbers rather than the demo.
Fill your pipeline before you automate the follow-up#
LlamadaPro makes sure no lead waits. It can't give you more good leads to call. If you are building an outbound motion, start with accurate contact data. Tomba Email Finder finds and verifies professional email addresses by name, domain or company, so your reps and your AI agents spend their minutes on real decision-makers instead of bounced records. The free tier includes 25 searches a month, and paid plans start at $49/mo. See Tomba pricing to match a plan to your outreach volume.
