Leadsrush Reviews 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Alternatives

There are very few public Leadsrush reviews, so we went through what the B2B lead database says about itself, how its free plan and lifetime deal work, and where buyers are exposed. We also cover the alternatives worth testing before you pay.

Leadsrush Reviews 2026: Features, Pricing, Limits and Alternatives
  • What it is: Leadsrush is a B2B lead database from Reganam Ltd. It bundles company and people search, domain search, an email verifier, local business data and technology lookups (Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal and similar).
  • Pricing: The free plan gives you 50 searches, 100 verifications and 250 stored prospects per month. Every plan includes unlimited users, and annual billing saves up to 30%. A lifetime deal (LTD) has also been sold through RocketHub.
  • The catch: Independent reviews are rare. There are a few Product Hunt and LTD-marketplace comments, and not much else. When we tried to load leadsrush.io in late September 2026, it did not resolve for us.
  • Verdict: It's fine for testing lead lists cheaply. It's risky as the main data source for a sales team that needs support, uptime and a vendor with a clear future.
  • Before you buy: Run the same 50 target domains through Leadsrush and one established email finder, then compare how many results are valid and verified.

What is Leadsrush?#

Leadsrush sells itself as a "B2B leads database for outreach professionals." The company behind it, Reganam Ltd, says it has done lead generation for more than eight years. Leadsrush is its self-serve software product.

The workflow is easy to follow. You type an industry and a location, filter the companies that come back, and pull the staff at those companies along with their names and email addresses. You then verify the emails and export them to your outreach tool. The marketing mentions integrations with 18 popular tools. We couldn't confirm the full list independently, so check that your CRM or sequencer is on it before you commit.

Don't confuse it with Leads Rush (leadsrush.agency). That's a separate, done-for-you lead generation agency for local businesses such as roofers and contractors. Many search results mix the two up, and some "reviews" you'll find are actually about the agency. This article covers the software at leadsrush.io.

If you want the broader background on how list-building fits into demand generation, the lead generation entry on Wikipedia is a good neutral primer.

What features does Leadsrush actually include?#

Leadsrush has five main modules. This is how they fit together in a normal prospecting workflow:

  1. Company search by industry and location. You filter B2B companies by sector and geography, and this is where most list-building starts.
  2. Domain search. You enter a company domain and get a list of employees with names and email details. This works the same way as the domain search feature most email-finder tools offer.
  3. Email verifier. It checks whether an address is likely to be deliverable before you send to it. The free plan includes 100 verifications per month.
  4. Local business data. It covers SMB and local listings, which is useful if you sell to agencies, clinics, trades or retailers rather than enterprise accounts.
  5. Technology data. It finds businesses running specific stacks, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe or PayPal. This helps if your offer only makes sense for, say, ecommerce stores on one platform.

On paper that's a solid set of features. Company search, domain search, verification and technographic filters are what most small outbound teams need. The open question is data depth and freshness, and a feature list can't answer that. Your own test can.

How much does Leadsrush cost?#

Here's what can be confirmed from Leadsrush's public materials and marketplace listings:

  • Free plan: $0/month with 50 searches, 100 verifications and up to 250 stored prospects
  • Paid monthly and annual plans. Annual billing saves "up to 30%"
  • Unlimited users on every plan. Seats share the account's credit pool
  • Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time before renewal
  • Lifetime deal via RocketHub. Listings and video titles mention a price around $49. According to the RocketHub Leadsrush deal page, LTD tiers map to the standard website plans, can't be upgraded after purchase, and codes can't be stacked

We haven't listed exact paid-tier prices because we couldn't verify them against a live pricing page during our research. If a review quotes a specific Leadsrush "Pro" price without a date, treat it as possibly out of date.

Unlimited users is a real advantage. Many competitors charge per seat, so a five-person team on Leadsrush pays the same as one person. The trade-off is that everyone draws from one credit pool. Someone running a large export can drain the month's searches for the whole team.

What do real Leadsrush reviews say?#

Not much, and that's the main finding of this review.

Most databases in this category have hundreds of reviews on G2 or Capterra. Leadsrush has a small footprint by comparison:

  • A Product Hunt listing with the tagline "Lead generation simplified"
  • LTD marketplace pages (RocketHub, Lifetimo) and LTD promo videos, which are sales pages rather than independent reviews
  • A few short testimonials, such as "Overall this product is much useful for lead generation"

A thin review footprint doesn't mean a tool is bad. It does mean nobody has publicly stress-tested it. You don't have hundreds of users reporting bounce rates, support response times or data decay, so you have to do that testing yourself.

Is Leadsrush still active in 2026?#

Check this before you pay. When we tried to load leadsrush.io in late September 2026, the domain returned a DNS resolution error. This could be a temporary hosting problem, a migration or a regional glitch. We're not claiming the product has shut down. But it matters for any buyer, and it matters most for lifetime deal holders.

An LTD is only as good as the vendor's willingness and ability to keep running servers. Lifetime deals usually come from early-stage products raising cash. Some grow into strong businesses, and others go quiet within 18–24 months. Before you rely on any LTD-funded data tool for pipeline:

  • Confirm the app loads and you can log in
  • Email support and time the reply
  • Check whether the changelog, blog or social accounts have been updated in the last 90 days
  • Export your stored prospects regularly so a sudden shutdown doesn't take your lists with it

Leadsrush vs alternatives: how does it compare?#

The table compares Leadsrush with the tools buyers most often evaluate alongside it. Figures come from each vendor's public pricing. Verify current numbers before buying, because data vendors change plans often.

How to read this:

  • Pick Leadsrush if you're a solo operator or a very small agency, you want local-business and technographic filters, and you're comfortable with LTD-style risk.
  • Pick Tomba if you mainly need to find and verify professional emails at known companies, want API access for automation, and prefer a vendor with public, stable pricing (see Tomba plans: Free, Starter $49/mo, Growth $99/mo, Pro $249/mo, Enterprise custom).
  • Pick Apollo if you want a large database and built-in sequencing in one tool and don't mind per-seat pricing.
  • Pick Hunter if you want a mature, simple email finder with a big user base and lots of public reviews.

What are the pros and cons of Leadsrush?#

Pros

  • Unlimited users on every plan, which is unusual and helps small teams
  • A free plan generous enough to run a real test (50 searches plus 100 verifications)
  • Local business data and technology filters in one interface
  • A cheap lifetime deal for users who want no monthly bill
  • A simple search → verify → export flow with little to learn

Cons

  • Very few independent reviews, so accuracy claims are hard to validate
  • Paid pricing isn't easy to verify from third-party sources
  • The main domain was unreachable when we checked in September 2026
  • LTD plans can't be upgraded or stacked after purchase
  • No clearly documented public API for developer workflows
  • A shared credit pool means one heavy user can drain the whole team's allowance

How should you test Leadsrush before committing?#

Don't rely on reviews, including this one. Run a 30-minute bake-off.

  1. Build a test set. Pick 50 companies from your real ICP, and include some SMBs and some mid-market domains.
  2. Run domain search in both tools. Use Leadsrush and one established email finder, and record how many contacts each returns per domain.
  3. Check role relevance. Count how many of the returned contacts are people you'd actually email, such as founders, heads of sales or marketing leads. An address for a former intern doesn't count.
  4. Verify everything with the same tool. Run all results through one neutral email verifier so both lists are judged the same way. Track valid, invalid, catch-all and unknown.
  5. Calculate cost per valid contact. Divide the monthly price by the number of verified, relevant contacts. This number matters more than the size of the database.
  6. Send a small live batch. Send 50–100 emails from a warmed inbox and measure hard bounces. Anything above about 3% is a warning sign.

The bake-off usually settles the decision quickly. If Leadsrush returns relevant, verified contacts at a lower cost per valid contact for your niche, it has earned its place. If it returns thin or stale results, the lifetime price won't save you money, because bounced emails damage your sender reputation and cost far more than a subscription.

Who is Leadsrush a good fit for?#

Good fit:

  • Freelancers and small agencies building local-business lists (trades, clinics, retail) on a tight budget
  • Ecommerce service providers who need lists of Shopify or WooCommerce stores
  • Teams that already bought the LTD and want a secondary data source to cross-check a main tool

Poor fit:

  • SDR teams that need an SLA, fast support and predictable uptime
  • RevOps teams that want API-driven enrichment inside a CRM
  • Anyone sending at volume, where one bad list can hurt domain reputation for weeks

Is Leadsrush worth it in 2026?#

It depends on how much risk you can live with. The feature set is sensible: company search, domain search, verification, local data and technographics, with unlimited users. The free tier lets you test it properly. For a solo operator with a lifetime license, it can be a low-cost supplementary source.

As a primary data source, it's hard to recommend without reservations. Public validation is thin, pricing is opaque from outside, and the site didn't resolve during our check. None of this proves the data is bad. It means you're carrying the verification burden that a larger user base would normally carry for you. If you go ahead, keep exports backed up and verify every list before it reaches your sequencer.

Frequently asked questions about Leadsrush#

Is Leadsrush free? Yes, there's a free plan with 50 searches, 100 verifications and 250 stored prospects per month. Paid plans add more credits.

Is Leadsrush the same as Leads Rush agency? No. Leadsrush (leadsrush.io) is self-serve software. Leads Rush (leadsrush.agency) is a done-for-you lead generation agency for local businesses.

Can I upgrade a Leadsrush lifetime deal? According to RocketHub's terms for the deal, you can't upgrade or stack codes after purchase, so buy the tier you'll actually need.

What's the best Leadsrush alternative for finding emails? If your main job is finding and verifying professional emails at specific companies, a dedicated email finder with public pricing and an API, such as Tomba, Hunter or Apollo, is the lower-risk choice. Run the bake-off above to decide based on your own data.

Ready to test a more established email finder?#

If you run the bake-off and want a stable baseline to compare against, start with Tomba Email Finder. You can search by domain, by full name and company, or in bulk, verify every result in the same place, and connect it to your CRM or scripts through the API. The free tier includes 25 searches a month, which is enough to run the 50-domain test above over two months or alongside a Leadsrush trial. Paid plans start at $49/mo when you're ready to scale.
