Why do most email sequences fail before the first send?#

Send-time details that measurably matter:

  • Skip weekends and holidays. Not because nobody reads email on Saturday, but because your message sits under 40 Monday-morning arrivals.

  • Same message, five times. If step three could be deleted without losing information, delete it.
